We understand the importance of providing an efficient service to members, helping organisations build and nurture relationships with their members. Our focus is on how organisations can retain and grow their membership, constantly looking for innovative ways to increase revenue and add member value.

In our experience, membership organisations typically have similar objectives, however they also have their own unique processes and requirements. As Dynamics 365 is a flexible solution, it provides a framework for Membership Relationship Management that can be tailored to the exact requirements of the organisation. With Subscribe360 we have looked to capture the most common membership requirements in an out of the box solution, powered by Dynamics 365.

As well as being Dynamics 365 Solution Advisors, C2 are also systems integrators, and we have an established web development team. This allows C2 to provide web based, self-service member portals that are fully integrated with the organisation's website.

In July 2016, with C2 at the ripe old age of 19 years old, the directors agreed to bring in Utilize PLC as an equity partner. We are now very much a part of the Utilize PLC family and have an important role to play in the overall portfolio of the group.

Our Microsoft Partnership

We decided over 10 years ago to specialise on the Microsoft technology stack and it is a decision that has served us well. By focusing on one set of technologies we have been able to build our expertise with Microsoft technology and products. We are one of the first organisations in the UK to achieve the new Microsoft Cloud Customer Relationship Management Competency and this reflects our commitment to cloud based technologies.

As well as being a Microsoft Partner, we are a Certified Solution Adviser and Reseller for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise. This ensures that clients get the best advice from suitably qualified staff.
